Physics

This course utilizes the three-stage learning cycle, in which emphasis is placed on learning physics through exploration and experimentation.  Once the concepts are clearly understood, application will take place through problem-solving.  The fundamental principles of mechanics, heat, wave motion, sound, light, electromagnetism, and the atom will be introduced.  No mathematics beyond Algebra I is required.
