Enrollment: Students may enroll in advance by mail or at the Pine Crest Upper School Office. Registration will close formally on Friday, June 11. Early registration is encouraged since the decision on whether a course offering will be maintained will be dependent upon sufficient advance enrollment. The Summer School Program encourages study for enrichment; however, the Administration will consider particular requests for academic credit and/or curriculum acceleration from Pine Crest students on an individual basis. Such requests will be reviewed by the respective Department Head and by the Head of Upper School. Grades given for courses taken for credit by Pine Crest students during the summer school session are included in the cumulative grade point average only. Any student enrolled in a course for credit is advised that attendance is required for the full period of Summer School for credit to be granted. Pine Crest School reserves the right to cancel course offerings with full refund if enrollment is insufficient. Summer School is open to students from all schools in grades 9-12. Pine Crest admits to all programs students of any race, color, creed, and national or ethnic origin. The Pine Crest administration reserves the right to require a summer school student whose behavior or effort is unacceptable to withdraw without a tuition refund. |
